Measuring range: 0-55 mm external width, internal width, or depth
measuring in 51-55 mm range may result in vernier positioning off-scale. Accuracy better than 0.5mm may be not achieved
measuring in 0-1mm range may result in readout offset due to caliper parts not being mechanically tight, with additional error of 0.1-0.3mm
Resolution: 0.1mm/0.004inch

Features
This pocket caliper is for field work, featuring extremely small size (103x40x2.5mm), light weight (21g), environmental tolerance and 3mm diameter hole for mounting on keyring or strap. Just put it in pocket and forget until needed. Because MVC-05 caliper lacks locking knob and is more restrictive in measurement range compared to general purpose calipers, not recommended for workshop environment. Plan to use it when conventional caliper may be not available.
