  • Condition: This Brown & Sharpe caliper is vintage and shows signs of wear and even some rust (see photos) from years of storage and non usage. However, I do think the rust can be cleaned up and this tool can be of use and/or a collection item. The original wood box shows signs of possible water damage from storage including cracking at one end (see photos) on the under side with very very minor warping (see photos). This caliper is old and has been sitting for a long time but it still functions (see photos) and moves. Please ask questions before buying if you have any concerns at all. I am selling this item AS IS and I am NOT an expert (because of this I don't accept returns) but I do try to represent the item in it's current condition. I will also make sure to package this item so it is protected and cushioned completely.

    A Vintage 37" Brown & Sharpe Providence # 570 Vernier Caliper in the Original Wood Box!  This is a great measuring tool and functional even though it is vintage.  Also a great addition to your caliper collection.  IT IS BIG and LONG!  Please see
