    Description

    Vintage Brown & Sharpe 7" vernier caliper w/ Original Box/Case.  They operate smoothly, jaws are in great shape.  There are ornate previous owner;s marks on the sliding head, I wonder if the calipers were a gift from apprenticeship.  The case is starting to "shed" on the outside, nut still intact,  The inside felt lining is OK.  These are classic calipers and still fully useable.   They don't make em like this anymore.  Wilj ship well protected in a padded flat rate envelope.  Thanks for looking.
