The face has a logo and " The L.S. Starrett Co. Athol, Mass, U.S.A. " on one end. The reverse has " No. 122 ". The case appears to be original to the tool with good hinges, but they are a bit loose. The two clasp will lock into place when the lid is closed tight. Will pack foam in the case to limit movement during shipping.
